Marketing partners are groups or organizations that help us get the word out to people who game.
Partnering can be as simple as :

Exchanging flyers
Exchanging ads
But we are also looking for groups to encourage members to come out, and we are wiling to share in money made for paid admissions drawn to the convention in this way. To qualify any group, or organization need only contact us and let us know that they are interested in helping promorte the convention. We can then put their name on an affiliates list for online registration, and a similar list for onsite registration, so we can track of time, and we list their name as a possible affiliate when people register online or on-site. For every person who selects your group as an affiliate, we will set aside $1 for every paid one day registration, and $2 for every paid two day registration. At the end of the convention, we will send you the total amount set aside for your group. To learn more contact us using the email address below.
